SWLEF provides structured evidence records, registry references, and review documentation — an independent, evidence-based registry for screen works, their licensing documentation, and compliance review.
Full statement
SWLEF is an independent media rights registry and compliance review service. It is not a governmental authority, court, public regulator, sanctions authority, EU institution, UN body, or official international organization.
Certificates, registry records, verification notes, compliance assessments, license references, and platform authorization records issued by SWLEF are independent rights administration documents based on submitted evidence and internal review procedures.
SWLEF does not determine legal ownership by court authority and does not replace legal advice, judicial decisions, platform policies, governmental registration systems, or binding contractual obligations between parties.
References to third-party platforms, broadcasters, publishers, or digital services are made solely to describe rights administration workflows and platform coverage. SWLEF does not claim affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by any third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
Verification status reflects the information available at the time of review and may be updated if new evidence, conflicts, third-party claims, revocations, or legal decisions are submitted.
