Its records and certificates are issued in the registry's own name, on the strength of submitted evidence and its internal review procedures — and are designed to complement, never to substitute, governmental registration systems, judicial determinations, platform policies, and the contractual arrangements between parties.

References to third-party platforms are made solely to describe rights administration workflows and platform coverage. SWLEF does not claim affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by any third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.
